  • Joe Kye

    Founder and Co-Producer (he/him)

    Joe is a musician, storyteller, and community organizer based in Portland, Oregon. From viral jingles skewering microaggressions to keynote speeches about creativity, identity, and community, Joe’s work draws upon his immigrant upbringing.

    In 2022, Kye launched Tiger Tiger PDX, a festival featuring Asian American, Native Hawaiian, and Pacific Islander artists, performers, and chefs. He is an Oregon Arts Commission 2023 Fellow.

  • Bea Yeh Ogden

    Co-Producer (she/they)

    Bea is founder and lead consultant of Luminous Together, a social justice consulting agency producing events to gather, play, and grow. She has over 15 years of experience as an event producer and community organizer centering communities of color, social justice, food sovereignty, and storytelling.

    They have worked with the Pacific Northwest College of Art, APANO, Lake Oswego Festival of the Arts, Portland Institute for Contemporary Art, OPB, Emerge OR, and hold a MS in Arts Administration and Museum Studies.

  • Hannah Kang

    Public Relations (she/her)

    Hannah is founder and lead consultant of LemonadePDX. She has over 15 years of social media marketing experience working with clients large and small, local and global, with sectors ranging across consumer tech, fashion, food & beverage, tourism, and culturally specific brands.

    Outside of work, you’ll find her playing with her two girls, or eating somewhere good. Life’s too short to eat bad.

  • Julia McGarrity

    Graphic Designer (she/her)

    Julia McGarrity holds a Masters of Education as well as a Bachelors of Music Education from Portland State University. Being a music major with an art minor she has a trained eye and ear as a local creator. While Julia has always designed for her independent music project June Magnolia she enjoys expanding and transforming ideas for others! This will be Julia’s second year designing for Tiger Tiger PDX and it is truly a project of love for the community.

  • Mike Truong

    Content Creator (he/him)

    Mike is the visionary between All The Homies Network, whose mission is “to create dope things with our friends.” Interviews, documentaries, photographs, ATH produces content that dives into the deep minds of Portland’s creatives.

    Some of the Homies include Kim Dam of Portland Cà Phê, Richard and Sophia Le of MattaPDX, Ethan and Geri Leung of Baon Kainan, Lisa Nguyen of Heyday, and Ian Williams of Deadstock Coffee.

  • Kim Gumbel

    Public Relations (she/her)

    Kim is an artist manager, arts administrator, and consultant whose work is marked by her calm, thoughtful approach. Kim has been working professionally with artists and events since 2007. In her time spent working for small arts nonprofits, she developed creative strategizes, planned and executed events of all sizes, and (her favorite) built fantastic relationships with creatives, producers, and vendors.

    Kim's clients include Portland Jazz Composers Ensemble and Montavilla Jazz as well as musicians Darrell Grant, Blue Cranes, Ezra Weiss, and Joe Kye.
